Happy 49th Anniversary to Apple Inc.!!
Welcome to my nineteenth blog! Today is the 49th anniversary of the discovery of the apple fruit. April fools. Today is the 49th anniversary of Apple Inc., the technology company. You know the technology company which started in a garage. It was founded by Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak, & Ronald Wayne at Steve Job’s house. They created their first product, Apple I, which was a computer motherboard, in Jobs’ bedroom. They moved operations to the garage when it got too crowded in Jobs’ bedroom. Remember the name, Steve Jobs, from my 1st Blog, he originally owned Pixar, when it broke off from Lucasfilm, and there is even a Steve Jobs building on the Pixar Animation Studios Lot. They have made the first smartphone, iPhone, released June 29, 2007. They also currently make iPad tablet, iMac desktop, MacBook laptop, Apple Pencil, Magic Keyboard, HomePod smart speaker, Apple TV HD/4K streaming device, and many more. They also have premium services; Apple Fitness+, Apple TV+, Apple News+, iCloud+, Apple Arcade, and Apple Music. They have a bundled subscription of all services called Apple One, which I subscribe to and use on a daily basis. I am currently saving money to eventually invest 101 shares in Apple, Inc. stock. Hopefully I invest before their 100th anniversary. I see you, my 101 Disney shares.
The recent new addition to the Apple product line is Apple Vision Pro. This is an Augmented Reality (AR) Headset. You can look through the headset and see your surroundings while using hand gestures, eye movements, and Siri to interact with multiple apps. You can watch a movie as a 60 foot screen anywhere including a long flight. You can even watch the movie with 360 degree landscapes to make you feel you are inside the movie. I am currently saving up for this new amazing product. I watched the Keynote when Apple Inc. CEO Tim Cook announced the product and I was blown away with all the amazing features. The Walt Disney Company, CEO Bob Iger shared his amazement of the Vision Pro. He also shared possible ideas Disney is deciding to make for the Vision Pro. People from movie directors to medical nurses are using the Apple Vision Pro to help them achieve greatest in their field. Including the director of both Wicked and Wicked: For Good, Jon M. Chu, used the Apple Vision Pro to edit the films.
It was amazing to celebrate the 49th anniversary of Apple Inc. I cannot wait for the next blog. Until next time, keep your days open for more knowledge. Thank you to everyone who reads this blog.
