 Welcome to Disney’s Snow White!!

Welcome to my eighteenth blog! I am very excited for this new Disney Live-Action reimagining of Snow White. My family and I loved this film. As a shareholder, I believe if Walt Disney was still alive at 124 years old, he would have loved how his team reimagined his first animated film. Want to watch it in the biggest screen possible in Fond du Lac? This screen; Premium Large Format, is at Odyssey Cinemas & Social. It is a 60 foot Curved Screen with Laser Projector and 20 speakers with 7.1 surround sound. Any and all movies are 100x better in this format than any other format I have experienced in the past. To better experience movies and tv shows I love to feel the music and sound. Premium Large Format does just that and more. At my home theater, I have a 75 inch TCL 4K Roku TV with Sonos 5.1 Surround Sound System with left, center, right, and subwoofer speakers. If I cannot make it to the Premium Large Format at Odyssey, then I have the next best thing at home. My TV at home is about 1/10th of scale (75 inch TV/720 inch screen) to the premium format screen.

Since 2010’s Alice in Wonderland, Disney has been reimagining there beloved and classic animated films into wonderful Live-Action films. Some people prefer Live-Action films over animation and with this reimagining process allows more people experience the Disney magic I have experienced over and over again with the original Disney animated films. Snow White (2025) is based on Walt Disney’s first theatrical full-length animated film from 88 years ago in 1937. Next year (2026) will have Moana get a Live-Action reimagining based on the original from 10 years ago in 2016. I am here to manifest a Live-Action reimagining of my favorite film of all time; Frozen (2013). If we do a little math here, Disney can make a Frozen Live-Action reimagining in the following time-frame; 2023-2101. I would hope to see it sooner rather than later.

On March 20th, The Walt Disney Company held their annual shareholder meeting. Before the business portion of the meeting, Bob Iger (Disney CEO) made some amazing announcements including Pixar’s Coco 2 releasing in 2029, Opening of the Robert A. Iger Building (for the New York business operations), and future Lion King water ride at Disneyland Paris.

It was amazing to showcase the new Disney Live-Action reimagining Snow White and the annual shareholder meeting. I cannot wait for the next blog. Until next time, keep your days open for more knowledge. Thank you to everyone who reads this blog.
